Demolition & Removal
Mattingly Excavating provides demolition and removal services for sheds, garages, barns, outbuildings, concrete slabs, asphalt, and other structures or materials that need to be cleared from a property. Whether you're removing an aging structure, making room for new construction, or clearing an existing site, we evaluate the project and determine a practical approach to demolition and cleanup. Services can include breaking up and removing concrete or asphalt, dismantling structures, loading debris, and preparing the cleared area for its next use. Hauling, disposal, foundation removal, and grading are determined by the individual project's scope.

Residential, Commercial & Agricultural Demolition
Residential
On a home lot it is usually an old shed, a failing garage or a concrete pad that has to go before a new build or a usable yard can go in. We take the structure down, and when included in the project scope, haul off the material and leave the ground clean and graded.
Commercial
Commercial demolition often means clearing a vacant building, a slab or old footings off a lot that is being redeveloped. We plan the sequence with the utilities and the site prep so the cleared ground is ready for grading right behind us, and we keep the material moving off the site when hauling is included in the agreed scope.
Agricultural
Agricultural demolition takes down old barns, sheds and outbuildings that have outlived their use so the ground can go back to pasture or a new building. We handle the structure and any old concrete, and when included in the scope, leave the area graded and ready for whatever you have planned next.
